Fees & Insurance Information

Fees are due at the time of service and total fee is due four weeks prior to your due date. The normal regular fee is $3,600.00. You may pay cash in advance and have the fee reduced by $1,200. If a client leaves my services before 36 weeks they will receive a refund for services not rendered. No other refunds will be made. If you have insurance that pays for a midwife attended homebirth, I will be happy to file the insurance papers after the birth. You are still responsible for the deductible, co-pay and whatever the insurance might refuse to pay for. At this time I am not able to take Medicaid. We are working towards getting Medicaid reimbursement for midwives in the future. Fees for lab work are individual fees. I try to keep these fees as reasonable as possible. Lab fees for the whole pregnancy will run approximately between $150 - $300 depending on what we need to test for.
